Your Challenge:
Are you a confident, motivated, resilient individual with a wide experience of fulfilling training needs to tight timescales in a fast moving environment?
Do you have experience of sales training?
We are looking for a passionate trainer skilled in developing and delivering training material for product, process, systems, soft skills & management development. You will work from our offices in Twickenham where we have over 200 staff but will also travel to other sites around the country as necessary. Working across a variety of different accounts, you will be delivering training to meet a variety of needs including: product training, sales training, lead generation and soft skills.
Duties Include:
Carry out all aspects of the training cycle
Design and deliver training and development programmes based on current and future needs
Devise individual and team based learning plans and support line management in delivery
Monitor and review progress through questionnaires and discussion, producing qualitative and quantitative reports
Ensure that all statutory training requirements are met.
Amend and revise programmes as necessary
Support arvato in solving specific training problems
Keep up to date with developments in training
Assist in recruitment activity where required
Collaborate with clients on training and development projects, acting as an ambassador for arvato
Unsere Anforderungen:
Previous experience in a similar role
A strong understanding of customer service and customer relationship management
Experience of developing and designing soft skills training programmes including management development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Practical and pragmatic with an eye for detail
Strong ability to transfer knowledge clearly to others and simplify complex information
Good team player and strong relationship builder
Ability to give feedback and conduct one to one coaching sessions
Confident and resilient under pressure
Flexible and adaptable to respond to changing business priorities
Training qualification e.g. CIPD
Natural ability to inspire and motivate others
